Recent events in the company’s transition make the 2015 collections even more significant. As a successful businesswoman and entrepreneur, Judith Ripka built her company into an international, luxury jewelry brand. After more than 30 years of operating independently, the company was acquired by Xcel Brands, a leading omnichannel brand management company. Xcel Brands signed an exclusive licensing agreement with KGK Jewellery Manufacturing Limited to take over the wholesale business, including product manufacturing. The first collections to emerge under the new umbrella will be presented at Basel 2015. The company currently enjoys a devoted client base around the globe and continues to increase international distribution.
