The Thai Gem and Jewelry Traders Association (TGJTA) announces that normal operations and preparations for the 49th Bangkok Gems & Jewelry Fair ,February 9- 12 next year remain unaffected by the current floods situation in Thailand.
Presently, the Thai government and authorities are combatting severe flooding in several provinces in Central Thailand that witnessed an unusually large amount of deluge of northern flood water. Although certain areas of outer Bangkok are experiencing different degrees of flood, the inner Bangkok city area, where the Jewelry Trade Center building, where the TGJTA is located, are unaffected thus far.

Therefore, the TGJTA, the organizer of the upcoming 49th BGJF, informs all international participants and exhibitors that the BGJF organizer office to remain opening with normal operations. Furthermore, the TGJTA will post up any updates in regards to the flooding situation which may affect the BGJF as soon as possible.
