VicenzaOro expanding its worldwide presence

A busy international schedule faces the leading Italian jewellery trade fair organizer Fiera di Vicenza, which over the coming five weeks is operating abroad in its VicenzaOro Italian Club and European Club formats, with new stops at events in the United States, Armenia and the United Arab Emirates.

Through its presence outside of Italy, Fiera di Vicenza is striving to bring a greater number of dealers and retailers worldwide into the greater VicenzaOro community, providing a new approach to jewellery exhibitions.

From October 27 through October 29, Fiera di Vicenza participated in JA Special Delivery New York at the Javits Convention Centre, where, among other things, it is introducing the activities of TRENDVISION Jewellery + Forecasting, the world’s only observatory dedicated to the research, analysis and prediction of future design, market and consumer trends. In the spotlight will be the just released TRENDBOOK 2015+, the most definitive and comprehensive guide to anticipated product and style megatrends in the international jewellery and watch markets 18 months into the future.

VicenzaOro expanding its worldwide presence

From October 28 through October 30, Fiera di Vicenza is participating, for the first time, in the Yerevan International Jewellery Show. Fiera di Vicenza’s presence at the Armenian show follows the signing of a memorandum of understanding in September 2013, during the VicenzaOro Fall gold jewellery show, with the Armenian Jewellers Association (AJA), which is the owner and organiser of the jewellery fair that takes place annually in capital of this Eurasian country.

Through their collaboration, Fiera di Vicenza and AJA intend jointly exploring new commercial and promotional activities, aimed at enhancing the jewellery design, manufacturing and technology sectors in their respective countries. These include marketing projects, promotional activities, the engagement of buyers, the creation of events and road shows, and communication programmes.

The final appointment on the current international schedule will be in the United Arab Emirates, where from December 4 to 7, Fiera di Vicenza will have a major presence at the 2013 Dubai International Jewellery Week, which is an event for the jewellery industry, trade and retail sectors that is organised by the Dubai World Trade Centre. This is the second consecutive year that Fiera di Vicenza will be participating.

The presence in Dubai will include a 600-square metre pavilion for the VicenzaOro European Club, which will house an array of Italian and European jewellery manufacturers and goldsmiths. In addition, Italian gold processing machinery and technology manufacturers will be exhibit in the T-GOLD International area, which is being organised by Fiera di Vicenza in collaboration with AFEMO, the Association of Jewellery Machinery Manufacturers and Exporters in Italy.

Fiera di Vicenza’s presence at the Dubai International Jewellery Week will be amplified further by the distribution at the event of the VIORO Daily International, which will be a special edition of the official VicenzaOro newspaper, presented in an American tabloid format, and will provide up-to-date coverage of events during the show.
